Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

My friend Michelle is an amazing baker and she created this recipe years ago. It is one of my favorites and I always have some in the freezer for an emergency high protein, nutritious and delicious treat. You can go to my juice plus website to order the protein powder. You will love it!!


Ingredients:

1 cup oats

10 dates

⅓ cup sunflower seeds www.nancybond.juiceplus.com

½ cup walnuts

1 tablespoon honey (I use agave or maple syrup)

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao

2 scoops Juice Plus Complete Chocolate Protein Powder

1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter


Preparation:

Fully process dates first then add oats, and pulse together. Add remaining ingredients next and mix until fully incorporated. Form into small balls using a small ice cream scoop. I keep mine in the freezer or refrigerator. Enjoy!! XO
